The customer must arrive on the specified day and at the times mentioned on the site. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner. 

Departures are before 11:00 a.m..

In the event of a shortened stay compared to the reservation initially planned, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation initially planned remains fully acquired by the owner. 

The reservation is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers, without canceling the reservation.

The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the gîte in good condition. In the event of damage, the customer undertakes to reimburse the costs incurred.

Arental agreement will be sent to you by email, you will be asked to read it and return it signed by email.

A check fordeposit of 500€ You will be asked upon arrival.

The tenant is obliged totake out rental civil liability protection from your insurance company "RESORT" insuring all the premises entrusted to him, for damages such as fire, explosion, water damage which could be caused by himself or by his guests, during the rental period. A certificate of insurance established in the name of the tenant must be delivered by hand to the owner on the day of arrival.

Full refund if canceled up to 14 days before arrival date. Beyond, an r50% refund appliesup to 7 days before arrival.No refunds will be made after this period.
